Rocklin High tops Whitney High in Annual Battle

Rocklin, Calif. – The Rocklin High School Thunder pulled out a 13-10 fourth quarter win over local rivals Whitney High in the annual Rocklin Quarry Bowl on Friday, September 30, 2022 at Whitney High Stadium.

The Rocklin High School Thunder football team made the 3-mile trek to take on the Whitney High Wildcats’ home turf for an epic Rocklin Quarry Bowl.

The Rocklin Thunder are now (5-1) are coming off a series of blowout victories following an opening day loss to Turlock. The Whitney Wildcats fall to (3-3).

Enthusiastic Rocklin students, parents and fans from all sides came out to cheer on their teams during this fun and competitive football game which has become an annual community favorite!
