Berkeley always delivers a good time, yet the experience and beauty at this location really took us by surprise during a picture perfect visit.

Clear skies and temperatures hovering in the upper 70s’ perfectly complemented the gentle breeze making its way in from the Pacific and rolling across the bay during our stay. The fireplace gently crackled in the background as we savored the distinct red cherry notes from a smoothly delicious glass of Atlas Peak, a personal Napa Valley Cabernet favorite.

Beautifully and thoughtfully designed, The Berkeley Boathouse is a welcome addition and centerpiece of a multi-million-dollar refresh at Doubletree by Hilton Berkeley Marina. It’s also one helluva romantic destination!

We really love the open indoor/outdoor design that combines nautical inspiration with touches of mid-century modern design. Absorb amazing views and great conversation at the abundance of seating spread throughout the property. The outdoor deck is incredible during sunset!
