The Rocklin Police Department, in cooperation with the Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) and the State Office of Traffic Safety, conducted its second undercover operation in an 18-month program to check, monitor and cite liquor licensees who are caught selling alcoholic beverages unlawfully to minors.
