Once on scene, a deputy found Hall wandering in the area, looking for his bike. Hall was arrested and booked at the Placer County Jail on charges of burglary, arson and battery of a security officer.

Hall got inside the business by smashing the front door glass. While inside, he started two fires – one in the front office and another in a rear storage area. Deputies were able to put out the fires with their fire extinguishers.
