Rocklin, Calif.- On 4-18-14 at 11:47 PM, Rocklin Officers responded to the 1600 block of Abilene Circle (Whitney Ranch)ย on a report of a possible shooting.ย 

Rocklin detectives were called to the scene and a preliminary investigation revealed both the victims and two male suspects responded to the posting of a “party” on the social website, Instagram.

Both the suspects and the victims arrived in separate vehicles and immediately noticed the address where the party was listed appeared dark with no other attendees.ย  A verbal argument started out in the street between the victims and suspects.ย  One of the victims reported he was grabbed, thrown on the ground and robbed of his wallet, car keys and a cell phone.ย  The other victim was shot in the foot with an unknown type firearm.ย The suspects fled the area in an unknown vehicle.

The suspects are described as two black males in their late teens or early twenties.

The shooter was last seen wearing a red beanie and had small black braids sticking out of the beanie. The second suspect was described as wearing a blue beanie and a baby blue polo shirt and was described as round and heavy set.
