SACRAMENTO, CA – Fulcrum Property announced today the addition of Randy Koss as Chief Investment Officer. Koss is a multifaceted real estate professional with over 30 years of experience in asset management, development, operations, leasing, finance and acquisitions.

“Randy brings outstanding leadership, innovative ideas and strategic development experience to the Fulcrum team,” said Mark Friedman, founder and President of Fulcrum Property. “I am delighted to introduce Randy as our new Chief Investment Officer and look forward to his help in advancing our projects that bring aesthetic, social, and economic value to our region.”

In his role as Chief Investment Officer, Koss will oversee Fulcrum’s revenue generation activities including new development opportunities, leasing, marketing, sales and communications.
