Placer County, CA, – The Auburn Service Office for PEACE for Families (now Stand Up Placer) has moved to 11985 Heritage Oak Place, Suite 200, Auburn. The phone number is 530-885-0443. The new space will allow for individual therapy sessions, children’s therapy, a private room for in-person crisis intervention and advocacy services, and space for group sessions.

“The new space will allow us to better meet the needs of domestic violence and sexual assault survivors in the foothills area,” stated Executive Director Michelle Coleman. “We will be able to provide more tailored assistance as well as to offer greater accessibility to the residents of Auburn, Meadow Vista, Foresthill, Colfax and the surrounding area.”

The new service office began operating on June 27. At this location, PEACE will provide crisis intervention, resources and referrals as well as assisting victims to access PEACE’s other services, including individual, group and children’s therapy, support groups, and referral to the emergency shelter.
