Sacramento, Calif.- Celebrating 30 years at its downtown Sacramento location, The Old Spaghetti Factory will roll back prices three decades Tuesday through Thursday (Feb. 19-21).ย Spaghetti items on the menu return to the all-time low of 1978.
ย
The offer is for dinner only, at the J Street only. The special prices are offered starting at 4 p.m. on the three days.ย The special hours end at 10 p.m.
A spaghetti dinner with tomato sauce, the most basic menu list in is priced at $2.35. In Spaghetti Factory tradition, each dinner includes green salad, hot-baked bread and desert of spumoni or vanilla ice cream. The children’s spaghetti dinner is $1.95. Most costly on specially printed 30th anniversary menu is The Manager’s Favorite: spaghetti with choice of any two sauces. That sells for $3.45.
Prices were rolled back once before, in 1998, and there were ‘lines out the door,’ according to Chris Dariotis, one of the owners.
The Dariotis anniversary is a celebration of their downtown flagship operation in their expanding group of Old Spaghetti Restaurants. They now operate ten franchised Italian restaurants in California.
The original Dariotis’ restaurant is located at 1910 J Street, between 19th and 20th Streets. That is where the crowd is expected to be for three days starting Tuesday.
