Teaming Up with The Salvation Army Team to Fight Hunger this Christmas

Roseville, Calif.- The Salvation Army and Tri Counties Bank are teaming up to fight hunger this Christmas with the Tis The Season Community Food Drive, with a goal of collecting 100,000 pounds of food. The partners will hold a series of in-person food drives next week in Roseville, Sacramento, and West Sacramento where folks can drive up and drop off non-perishable or canned food donations.

If donors are unable to make it out to the locations below, they can bring food to any Tri Counties Bank and Valley Republic Bank branches now through December 24. They can also make a tax-deductible, monetary donation directly to The Salvation Army online at TriCountiesBank.com/tistheseason.

The food drive is an opportunity for the general public, local merchants, schools and other organizations in the community to meet the overwhelming need for food over the holiday season. All donations stay local and assist the Salvation Army to feed families throughout the year.

Representatives from The Salvation Army and Tri Counties Bank will be on hand for interviews. A representative from the River Cats will be also available for interviews on Monday, December 6.
