The City of Roseville is now partnering with Public Purchase for posting, notifying and awarding of all formal requests for quotes (RFQs) and request for proposals (RFPs).

This free e-Procurement service provides a single location to view all open requests for quotation and award information for previous RFQs, RFPs, and RFIs issued through the Public Purchase website.

This new service also provides automatic notification of bid solicitations and access to bid opportunities with other government entities. We moved from our current e-procurement system to Public Purchase on March 5, 2014. All City of Roseville solicitations advertised on the Public Purchase website will continue to result in a hardcopy bid delivered to the City Clerks Office, 311 Vernon St.

In using this new online procurement service, the City hopes to reach a wider range of vendors and attract a broader response to its procurement needs, which will allow for a more competitive bidding environment for all RFQs, RFPs and RFIs.
