On September 5th at about 11:20 PM, Rocklin Police Officers responded to Whitney Community Park in Rocklin (Whitney Ranch Parkway at Wildcat Blvd.). A 9-1-1 caller claimed that a naked man was chasing him through the park.

Officers arrived and contacted three male victims, one adult and two 17 year olds, who said that while they were just talking in the park near a play set a naked male walked up to them and asked if they wanted to play. The startled victims got up and ran towards their vehicle. The naked male followed for a bit and then ran off in another direction.

During a search of the area, officers located a clothed but suspicious acting male subject. The victims identified the man and he was arrested.

Additionally, a similar incident occurred at the same park two weeks prior. The victims were an adult male and adult female. There were sitting on a park bench when a naked male approached them and asked if he could hang out with them. The same suspect was charged in that case as well.

Arrested was Keith Fonti, 34 years, of Rocklin. He lived in the immediate area of the park. He was transported to Placer County Jail and booked for indecent exposure. He is currently out of jail on his own recognizance.

If you have been a victim of an indecent exposure incident in the Whitney Community Park area, please contact Detective Sergeant Scott Horrillo at (916)625-5443.
