During the early morning hours of April 10, 2009, two Rocklin residents were shocked to find a prowler in their house and upon confronting the suspect were pepper sprayed by the assailant.

At approximately 4:30 AM, sleeping residents in a home in the 5700 block of Sunflower Court were awakened by their highly agitated, barking dog. The husband and wife soon realized that someone was in their house. The husband confronted the lone intruder and a struggle ensued. The suspect was able to pepper spray the victim and escape the house.

Responding police officers were unable to locate the intruder but did locate evidence which will be processed.

The victims believe that the assailant was a white female, about 5’5″, 160, with blonde hair. She was wearing all black and wore gloves.
