Sutter Urgent Care to open in January 2011

Roseville, Calif. – Sutter Medical Foundation is opening an Urgent Care Center on the Sutter Roseville Medical Center campus at 2 Medical Plaza Dr., Suite 130. This Urgent Care Center, opening Jan. 3, 2011, will provide medical care for conditions that require quick treatment but are not life threatening.

Adults and children 18 months of age and older can obtain treatment at Sutter Urgent Care on an unscheduled, walk-in basis regardless of where they currently receive physician or hospital care. However, if their doctor belongs to Sutter Medical Group or Sutter Independent Physicians, they’ll receive a ‘treatment report’ that connects automatically to their electronic health record and to their physician’s office. In addition, Sutter Urgent Care is integrated with laboratory and imaging services located on the Sutter Roseville Medical Center campus for lab testing and imaging convenience.

Open 365 days of the year, including holidays, Sutter Urgent Care treats injuries or acute illnesses that require immediate care but are not serious enough for a visit to the Emergency Room. For more information call 916-865-1400.

Saturday and Sunday, 10 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
