Roseville Police officers have arrested a man suspected of painting graffiti throughout Roseville at least 63 times over the past year, costing the City of Roseville and other property owners thousands of dollars in clean-up costs.

Glenn Veto Weatherson, 22, was arrested without incident Friday night, January 11, at his Roseville home. He was booked into the Roseville Police Department Jail and released after he posted a $75,000 bail bond.


Those convicted of felony graffiti vandalism may be sentenced to up to a year in jail, ordered to complete up to 300 hours of community service, or ordered to pay fines and restitition. The courts routinely order convicted graffiti vandals to pay restitution to property owners for damages and clean-up costs.
