Rocklin, Calif.- On 12-16-2012, at approximately 12:56 PM, Rocklin Police officers responded to the area of 4495 Granite Drive for a report of a nude man. The man was reportedly behind a chain-link fence and facing passing traffic on westbound Interstate 80 while masturbating.
Officers quickly arrived in the area and located a man matching the description of the suspect walking along Granite Drive. The subject was identified as, Harold Michael Emery, of Rocklin. Officers determined he was a confirmed sex registrant. Through their investigation, officers were able to positively identify Emery as the nude suspect.

Emery was arrested for lewd conduct and booked into the Placer County Jail on this listed charges.
