His vehicle had gone off of Interstate 80, near the Weimar exit. His car apparently flipped and ended upside down at the bottom of a steep embankment. Due to the snow and ice conditions early last week locating Garcia’s car was very difficult. CHP is handling the accident investigation.

Just before it got dark on the evening ofย December 15th, the team discovered the car at the bottom of a steep hill.
