Business Wire – LL Flooring Holdings, Inc. (“LL Flooring” or the “Company”) (NYSE: LL), recently announced that the Company and certain of its subsidiaries have commenced voluntary Chapter 11 reorganization proceedings in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (the “Bankruptcy Court”). In less than a month following that filing, they have announced the closure and liquidation of all stores.

All locations will be closing and a liquidation sale is underway. Their website notice advises to “Shop in store for liquidation deals. All sales final.”
