SONOMA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA,- Anna Yan, former senior publicist and creative director for Moore Good Public Relations, has joined Sonoma County Tourism (SCT) as Public Relations Manager. Yan will provide public relations and marketing support through media and influencer relations, content development, and public relations strategy. Her support of the organization will also extend into SCT’s community engagement and group business development functions, as she works to place key messages in those critical areas.

Experience and background

While at Katy Sweet & Associates PR, and later Moore Good PR, Anna worked with nonprofit organizations and luxury brands on tentpole fundraiser and event promotions in West Los Angeles, including The Geffen Playhouse, The Boys & Girls Club, the American Ballet Theatre, Tree People, and The Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Sciences. In addition, Anna has also worked as a freelance graphic designer and marketing consultant for start-ups, wineries and private practice practitioners.

Anna also has a background in health and wellness, championing ethical and truly environmentally sustainable practices with her cork yoga mat company, OMGI Yoga. As a brand partner of The Yoga Van, she has worked with brands in Sonoma County to curate wellbeing experiences, including yoga and meditation for guests and community members at businesses such as Bricoleur Vineyards and Farmhouse Inn.
