Sunny weekend weather returns to South Lake Tahoe

South Lake Tahoe / Stateline, NV – This St. Patrick’s Day, Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Lake Tahoe will celebrate the beloved Irish holiday with joyous St. Patrick’s Day menus at both Alpine Union Bar & Kitchen and Park Prime Steakhouse, available only on Friday, March 17.

The St. Patrick’s Day menu at Alpine Union will be available all day for $35 per person and includes Guinness stew to begin the course, followed by a traditional Irish favorite, corned beef & cabbage. Guests will finish off the festive meal with a classic Irish dessert, bread pudding topped with an Irish whiskey sauce.

Park Prime’s St. Patrick’s Day menu begins at $70 and will feature a choice of green and red cabbage salad or potato, bacon, and cheddar soup to start, followed with a choice of either wild Alaskan salmon glazed with an Irish whiskey sauce or Guinness-braised short ribs as an entrée. After dinner, guests can enjoy bread pudding with chocolate chips topped with a Bailey’s Irish cream sauce. Available from Friday, March 17 – Sunday, March 19, Center Bar, Sports Bar, and Alpine Union will also feature Irish inspired drink specials to ring in the holiday with $5 Jameson shots and green beer available for guests to purchase.
