Dead & Company Dance Into Shoreline

Rejuvenated Deadheads Pack Shoreline

Mountain View, CA- That old cliche’ of “there’s nothing like a Grateful Dead concert” still rings true in 2018 as Dead & Company rolled into Mountain View last night for the
first of two shows on their home turf at Shoreline Amphitheater.

The colorful swirl of the faithful was on full display early afternoon as fans mingled and celebrated shoulder to shoulder pre-show at the ultimate tailgate party for hippies on Shakedown Street. Many fans were still abuzz over the recent show in Eugene, OR on June 30.

“The band is sounding better than ever, Weir’s vocals and playing are stronger than we’ve seen in years and John Mayer’s playing is stellar and has rejuvenated many fans while continuing to win over older ones.”

As show time approached, the masses weaved their way across the street to Shoreline Amphitheater, capacity just under 23,000. Dead & Company took the stage at around 7:25 and opened with a 15 minute Feel Like a Stranger and into a jamming version of Dancing in the Street. Complete setlist below. 2018 Tour Dates
