On March 9, 2012, at approximately 10:42 PM, Rocklin Police received a 9-1-1 call of an interrupted residential burglary that had just occurred on the 3900 block of Woodhouse Court.
The victims, who had been out to dinner earlier in the evening, arrived home to find two strange vehicles backed into their driveway. Two white male adults ran out of the victims’ home, got into the vehicles parked in the driveway, and fled the scene. A neighbor, who also witnessed the suspects fleeing the scene, was able to provide a good description of both vehicles. One vehicle was described as a black Honda Accord and the other vehicle was described as a silver BMW 3 series.
Rocklin Police located two vehicles matching the description driving on Highway 65. With the assistance of the Roseville Police Department, both vehicles were stopped. Following an investigation, two suspects were arrested at the scene of the traffic stop.
Blake Aaron Dunivan, 20 years old, of Rocklin, was arrested and booked on the following charges:
- Conspiracy
- Burglary
- Possession of Stolen Property
- Possession of Burglary Tools
Shane Michael Couch, 20 years old, of Roseville, was arrested and booked on the following charges:
- Conspiracy
- Burglary
- Possession of Stolen Propertyย
