Roseville, Calif.- As dry conditions persist throughout the Golden State and California’s Governor declaring a Drought State of Emergency, residents and business owners are being asked to evaluate and reduce water consumption.

With nearly 40 million residents, the cumulative effect of Californians working together to cut back on water consumption can  lessen the burden placed on the water systems for which all of us rely.
