A Buljan Middle School teacher, James Hirleman was arrested on charges of lewd and  lascivious conduct involving a minor. At last report, he was being held on $100,000 bond in the Placer County Jail.

Rocklin police made the arrestΒ for alleged crimes that took place in 2001 and 2006.

James Hirleman is a 7th grade teacher at Buljan Middle School in Roseville and was placed on administrative leave pending further investigation.

Rocklin Police Arrest Roseville School Teacher for Molestation

Rocklin Police detectives arrested a Roseville teacher late Wednesday night for lewd and lascivious conduct involving a minor child for crimes that occurred in 2001 and 2006.

The arrest was as a result of information developed from a previous arrest of another person by Rocklin Police and was made through the cooperation of several law enforcement agencies including Roseville PD, the Placer County District Attorney’s Office, the Placer County Sheriff’s Department and Placer County’s Special Investigation Unit.

The 7th grade teacher at Buljan Middle School in Roseville, James Albert Hirleman, 48 years, of Roseville was arrested for lewd and lascivious conduct and was booked into Placer County Jail where he is being held on $100,000 bail.

We have no information that any other student has been a victim of molestation.
