Emergency personnel, including the Sacramento County Sheriff’s helicopter, searched the area and did not locate any additional victims.

From the initial investigation, it appears that the vehicle, a 2007 Ford Focus four-door sedan, was proceeding south on Fiddyment Road. The driver apparently failed to negotiate a sharp curve and drove straight toward the creek, where the vehicle overturned in approximately 5 feet of water. It is unknown at this time when the incident occurred.

The incident is being investigated by the Roseville Police Department’s Major Accident Investigation Team.
