Roseville, Calif.- Smart & Final, a non-membership warehouse grocery store is preparing to open shop at 1159 Roseville Square, which was previously home to Wise Buys.
According to the City of Roseville, interior tenant improvements valued at over $800,000 will occur to make the space ready.
The Roseville location will be Smart & Final’s only Placer County location and entrance into the competitive local grocery business. There are currently 8 locations serving Sacramento County including an Auburn Boulevard location in Citrus Heights.
Smart & Final currently has a total of 263 stores and during July reported growth and sales in both net income and net sales.
