Roseville, Calif.- On September 13, the Roseville Police Department was notified by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children of a local man possibly distributing child pornography.
Detectives conducted an investigation and found sufficient evidence to arrest Harwinder Bisla, age 51 of Roseville, on suspicion of distributing and possessing child pornography. Bisla was booked into the Placer County Jail, where he is being held on $500,000 bail.
Detectives are still processing evidence and working to identify victims. The suspect’s job did not involve working with underage minors. However, detectives are concerned that there could be additional underage victims that the suspect is acquainted with, as he may have attempted to contact juveniles through social media for lewd acts.
