At 10:09 a.m. Wednesday, Roseville Police Department officers responded to a robbery that had just occurred at Washington Mutual Bank, 1800 Douglas Blvd.
Bank employees said that a male entered the bank, approached a teller and demanded money. The suspect took an undisclosed amount of money and left the bank. No one reported being injured.
The suspect is a male of undetermined race and age, approximately 5’6″ tall, with a heavy build. He wore a black hooded sweatshirt, a beanie cap, a white bandana completely covering his face, and gloves. No weapon was seen or mentioned.
Officers searched the area and a nearby apartment complex, and contacted several people in the area but were unable to locate the suspect.
