Roseville Woman Arrested for Embezzling from Rocklin Businesses

Roseville, Calif.- On Tuesday December 23, 2014 detectives from the Rocklin Police Department arrested Darla Miller of Roseville, Ca for embezzling over $90,000 from multiple Rocklin businesses.

Miller had worked as the Officer Manager for Lawton Industries before the embezzled funds were discovered by another employee of the business in September of 2014. The crime was subsequently reported to the Police Department and an extensive investigation was conducted over the past few months.

Miller was booked into the Placer County Jail for violations of 503 PC (Embezzlement), 459 PC (Burglary) and 470(d) PC (Forgery)/Fictitious Checks). She currently has a $90,000 bail.
