Checks will be awarded at the beginning of the City Council meeting. Since its inception in 1993 with the sale of the Roseville Hospital, the Grants Advisory Commission, with its Citizens Benefit Fund, has partnered with the Automall and city employees to create three fund-raising sources that have donated $12.4 million to these organizations, many of whom assist at-risk residents.
