The Roseville Fire Department was dispatched to a mobile home fire at 8:08 p.m. New Year’s eve. The doublewide mobile home was located at 84 Olga Way in the Country Villa Mobile Home Park. When firefighters first arrived they found the home fully involved in fire. Firefighters fought the fire aggressively and gained control in approximately 10 minutes.
The three occupants got out safely. The homes immediately adjacent to the fire were saved.
Three fire engines, one ladder truck and one battalion chief responded to this incident. A total of 14 fire personnel fought this fire.
Country Villa Mobile Home Park is located in the southeast portion of the City of Roseville. The park is home to 168 families.
Fire investigators are on scene. The cause and origin of the fire is unknown at this time but will be thoroughly investigated.
