Yesterday, Roseville Police detectives arrested 45-year-old Yongqiang Guo, of Roseville, on a Placer County Superior Court arrest warrant charging two counts of sexual battery. He’s being held in the Placer County Jail on $100,000 bail.
The warrant was issued based on a Roseville Police investigation involving two victims who received massages from Guo at Hawaii Massage, located in the Brickyard Shopping Center in the 4000 block of Foothills Boulevard in Roseville in August.
Detectives believe there may be additional victims, and are asking for those people to come forward and contact detectives. Anyone who has information that could help in this investigation is asked to call the Roseville Police Investigations Unit at (916)774-5070.
