Roseville, Calif.- This afternoon Roseville Police detectives arrested Francis Amiteye Ngissah, 24, at his residence in Roseville in connection with three separate fraud cases.

Ngissah is suspected of paying two Roseville businesses for auto parts and groceries with fraudulent checks on closed accounts.  He is also suspected of signing over a deed of trust on a house he doesn’t own as collateral to a bail bondsman.

Ngissah was arrested without incident and booked into the Roseville City Jail on suspicion of burglary (entering places of business with intent to commit fraud), forgery, theft and other related charges.ย  He is being held on $55,000 bail.
