Roseville, Calif. – To better meet the needs of the public, the Placer County Assessor’s Office is pleased to announce the opening of its newest office, located at 10810 Justice Center Drive, Suite 190, in Roseville. Office hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Friday.
“We are very pleased to provide convenient public service to our south Placer County property owners with the opening of our office in the Santucci Justice Center,” said Placer County Assessor Kristen Spears. “If you have questions or concerns regarding the assessed value of your property, please stop by and speak to one of our customer service representatives.”
