The male resident heard the doorbell ring and a knock on the door. When he answered the door, two men armed with handguns came into the home, tied the couple and one of their small children up with zip-ties, and then searched the home. The suspects left with a few items, including a small gun safe containing a handgun, a cell phone and a small amount of cash. No one reported being injured.

One suspect was described as a black male in his mid 20s, 5’8″ tall with a thin build, wearing a dark colored baseball cap, dark hooded sweatshirt and dark pants.  The other was described as a black male, about 30, 6’0″ tall, wearing a dark baseball cap and a gray hooded sweatshirt.  Both suspects were carrying handguns.
