F.C. “Rocky” Rockholm will be honored in a reception of invited guests thanking him for three decades of service to the City of Roseville. In attendance will be numerous elected officials, community leaders, family and friends.

Currently District 1 Placer County Supervisor and two-time Mayor of Roseville, Rockholm worked as a Police Officer in Roseville, eventually reaching the rank of Sergeant.  By the time he retired from the Police Department in 1996, Rockholm played a key role in helping implement community-oriented policing in Roseville, and as an elected official demonstrated leadership role in shaping our community while serving on the Roseville City Council from 2001-2007.

Rockholm also served two years on the city’s Planning Commission, prior to being elected to City Council; he began his law enforcement career in 1979 with the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Department prior to transferring to Roseville in 1979.

Light appetizers and refreshments will follow the ceremony.

5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
