Rocklin, Calif. – ย William Jessup University recently announced the signing of Jordan Wilson for the Men’s Basketball program.
Wilson, a 6′ 4” wing, is from Rocklin’s Whitney High School. He helped lead the Wildcats to a 22-8 record and a Pioneer League Championship while averaging 14 points and 8 rebounds per game for Coach Bryce Newell. Jordan was voted 1st Team All-League and Most Valuable Player of his team.
‘I chose to play for William Jessup University because I really like Coach Muhic and his staff,” Wilson said. “I wanted to stay near my family and friends while receiving a quality education. That made WJU the perfect choice for me.”
‘It will be a great pleasure to work with Jordan as he is a great fit for our university,” Coach Aaron Muhic said. “Plus the fact that it is great to find quality student-athletes in our own backyard to coach. Jordan has a great feel for the game and knows how to make his teammates better. I know that he will have a great experience at Jessup.”ย ย
