Rocklin, Calif.- Update Feb 16, 2015: The identity of the motorcycle rider in yesterday’s fatal motorcycle accident on Stanford Ranch Road has been identified as David Andrew Wallin, 23 years old, of Lincoln.
The full cause of the single vehicle accident is still under investigation but excessive speed is suspected to be a factor.
At 4:13 PM on February 15th, Rocklin Police Responded to the intersection of Stanford Ranch Road at Cobblestone Drive for the report of a traffic collision involving a motorcycle.
The roadway in the area of the collision will be closed for several hours while police investigate.
