Rocklin Teachers and District Reach Tentative Contract Agreement

The Rocklin Unified School District (District) and the Rocklin Teachers Professional Association (RTPA) reached a tentative agreement on, Thursday, March 20, 2014.

The tentative agreement marks the conclusion of bargaining for 2013-14 and provides RTPA members with a salary increase of 4% and an increase to the benefits cap of $22.00/month retroactive to July 1, 2013.

The District offered, and all other employee groups accepted, multi-year agreements, closing negotiations until 2015-16. With all other employee groups settled, the District is eager to begin negotiations with RTPA for the 2014-15 school year.
