Sacramento, Calif.- On April 23, 2015, three Rocklin Police Officers were honored at the Sacramento Region Mothers Against Drunk Drivers (MADD) at an annual luncheon in Sacramento.

Each year, MADD recognizes police officers, deputy sheriff’s, and highway patrol officers for their dedication to enforcement, education, and awareness of driving under the influence (DUI).

Police Officers Evan Adams, Jeremy Black, and Jeremy Powell each received awards from MADD for their efforts on DUI enforcement and community education in the City of Rocklin throughout calendar year 2014.

Chief of Police Ron Lawrence, and Police Captain Chad Butler participated in the luncheon with the three Rocklin Police Officers to show their support for outstanding enforcement efforts as well as the importance of combating DUI driving.

Their focus on removing intoxicated drivers from the roadways of Rocklin has no doubt saved many lives.
