On Tuesday, September 11, 2007, between approximately 4:15 PM and 4:40 PM, two juvenile females in separate incidents were the targets of the same person.

In both cases the unknown male followed each female in his car as they walked in the Stanford Ranch area of Rocklin. One of the females noticed the male when he pulled along side her. Feeling uncomfortable as he followed her at a slow speed, she did not look at him again. After a few minutes she began dialing her cell phone and driver drove away.

Within minutes, about 2 miles away, the other juvenile female noticed a male that had pulled along side her in his car. When she looked at him, she noticed that he was fondling himself.

The incidents occurred at the Sceptre Drive area near Park Drive and on Cobblestone Drive near Stanford Ranch Road.

The unknown male suspect was described by both females as a white male in his mid- to late 30’s who was heavy set, approximately 5’10”, with short spiked hair, a mustache and goatee. The car he was driving was described as a white compact car, about 4 to 5 years old, possibly a Subaru.

Rocklin Police Department detectives are investigating.
