Rocklin Police Arrest Man on DUI and Weapons Charge

Rocklin Police arrested Matthew Allen of Fair Oaks on multiple charges including DUI on September 10, 2013.

Rocklin officers contacted Matthew Allen at a location in the 4600 block of Pacific Street. Allen was sitting in the driver seat of a vehicle and it was determined he had driven to the location.

He was subsequently arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance and DUI.

A search of the vehicle located 2 pistols and ammunition. Allen was arrested for DUI, under the influence of drugs, carrying a concealed weapon and possession of marijuana (VC 23152 (A), HS 11550 (e), PC 25400 and HS 11357(b)).
