On Sunday, December 22, 2013, at approximately 11:10 pm, Idaho State Police conducted a traffic stop on Interstate 86 near milepost 52, in Power County, Idaho, west of Chubbuck.
Pursuant to the traffic stop, 11.0 pounds of suspected marijuana was found and seized. The vehicle was traveling east on I-86 and was stopped for a traffic violation.

The driver was identified as 20 year old male Robert Bardelmeier, from Auburn, California and the passenger was identified as 29 year old male Sean Gray, from Rocklin, California.
Gray was incarcerated in the Power County Jail, where he is being charged with trafficking a controlled substance and felony possession of marijuana.
Bardelmeier was charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana and paraphernalia.
