Early Saturday morning on July 19th, twenty five Rocklin Grade School children were treated to a “Back to School” shopping spree at Mervyns on Lonetree Boulevard in Rocklin. Mervyns provided $100 for each child along with a brand new Backpack.
The Rocklin Kiwanis Club identified and guided the children through the store with the help of the “Rocklin Hogs” (Harley Owners Group) along with the Kiwanis Club members and friends. After shopping, the “California Youth Pageant Winners” treated the children to Face Painting and Balloon Animals.
