Rocklin Jubilee Cancelled for 2009

On Tuesday, January 27th, 2009, the Rocklin City Council approved staff’s recommendation to suspend the 2009 Rocklin Jubilee. 

The suspension of the Jubilee is associated with the current economic downturn and is expected to save the City $134,000 in the 2008-2009 fiscal year. 

The Council approved staff’s recommendation to budget for a scaled-down Jubilee for 2010.  A final decision to conduct the 2010 Jubilee will be made at a future date.
