Los Angeles, Calif. – Actor and comedian Nick Armstrong, a native of Sacramento, is one of the six finalists in the Doritosยฎ Crash the Superbowl contest, a contest that will take three of the highest voted Doritos commercials and air them during the first half of the Superbowl. Voters can go online and vote once a day having a chance to win two Superbowl tickets every time they vote.

An alumnus of Rocklin High School, Armstrong was part of the first graduating class in 1997 and played a big role in developing the schools Theatre Arts and Broadcasting programs. Now a professional Actor, Nick has been in over 15 national commercials and has made appearances on the Emmyยฎ award-winning show The Office and the late night talk show Jimmy Kimmel Live.

“Being in a Superbowl Commercial is like being the Grand Marshall of Television for a day, said Nick Armstrong Actor and Comedian. “It’s a great honor to represent my hometown on such a national stage, I’m proud of my roots and my town and all the people that helped shape me into the person I am today.

“I still reference Nick to this day to all my students.” said Craig Kaylor, Nick’s former High School Broadcasting and Film teacher. “He wasn’t just an actor, he became a jack of all trades, from writing, directing and editing. He makes me very proud.”
