The victim discovered a fraudulent ATM withdrawal from his account in the amount of $500.

450 PC Burglary – Vehicle
3300 block of Parkside Dr.
Sometime between 6:00 pm and 6:30 am, an unknown suspect entered the victim’s vehicle and stole personal property.

Misdemeanor Warrants
4200 block of Sierra College Blvd.
At 4:12 am, Rocklin Police were dispatched to a suspicious person in front of a business. Officers contacted the subject and he was found to have two Misdemeanor Warrants for his arrest out of Placer County.

11350(a) H&S Possession of a Controlled Substance, 11364.1(a) H&S Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and 1203.2 PC Probation Violation
Cedar St./San Francisco St.
At 12:24 am, Rocklin Police responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle parked in an alleyway. Officers located the vehicle and the solo occupant. The occupant of the vehicle was on searchable probation out of Placer and Sacramento Counties. During a probation search officers located a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. The subject was cited for the above mentioned charges and released.

503 PC – Embezzlement over $400.00
5400 block of Pacific St.
Over the last three months, an employee of a Rocklin business intentionally created fake return transactions in order to take money from the business.The total loss the company incurred was over $1000.00. The employee, Tara Dolbear, was contacted by officers and arrested for the listed charge. Tara Dolbear, age 22, of Wheatland

459.5 PC Burglary – Commercial
5400 Crossings Drive
At about 5:30 pm, a female suspect went into business and did a fraudulent return for cash. The suspect was detained and released with a citation. The amount stolen was less than $950.

Felony Warrant
5000 block of S Grove Street
At 8:45 pm, Rocklin Police responded to the 5000 block of S. Grove Street and contacted Ashley Schlichting. Schlichting was found to have a felony no bail warrant for her arrest. She was transported to the Placer County Jail where she was booked for the warrant. Ashley Schlichting, age 26, from Rocklin

11377 HS Possession of a Controlled Substance and 11364 HS Possession of Narcotic Paraphernalia
Parkside Drive and 3rd Street
At about 10:44 pm, Rocklin Police conducted a traffic stop on Parkside Drive near 3rd Street. The driver was found to be in possession of a methamphetamine smoking pipe and and methamphetamine. The driver was released from the scene with a citation.

207 PC Kidnapping and 10851 VC Vehicle Theft
Buckeye Court and Buckeye Drive
At about 9:56 pm, the victim parked their vehicle which contained their sleeping one year old child in front of a family member’s residence. The victim went inside the residence for 2-3 minutes and when they returned their child and vehicle were gone. The vehicle and still sleeping child were located a short distance away.

11375(B) HS – Possession of Narcotics for Sale
6600 block of Blue Oaks Drive
At about 1:00 am, Rocklin Police responded to the 6600 block of Blue Oaks Drive for a report of a male who was selling narcotics. Officers located Shaun Brown-Anderson who was in possession of narcotics for sale. Brown-Anderson was arrested and booked into the Placer County Jail for narcotics sales. Shaun Brown-Anderson, age 22, from Rocklin

5400 block of Crossing Drive
At about 2:45 pm, a male suspect was detained by store security for theft. He was found to be in possession of less than $950 in stolen store property and released on a citation.
