Regus to open center in Iron Point Business Park

The 28,000 square foot business center is located in Class ‘A’ office space and will feature 129 offices, 239 workstations, three conference rooms and underground parking.

With its strategic location, just off of U.S. Highway 50, the center is only 20 minutes from Sacramento and about halfway between San Francisco and Lake Tahoe, offering Regus clients the added benefit of being in close proximity to major economic, government, recreation and entertainment centers.  The Folsom business center, located at 1024 Iron Point Road, will hold its grand opening and ribbon cutting on June 6, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Mayor Andy Morin and other local dignitaries will be in attendance to participate in the ribbon cutting ceremony.
