Pause Lounge & Kitchen in Roseville

October 2010- It’s official, brothers Lucas and Jacob Elia, two of the Sacramento areas most progressive young entrepreneurs, who brought artisanal coffee to Roseville in early 2009 with the opening of their first venture Bloom Coffee & Tea, are set to open their latest project, Pause Lounge & Kitchen. A lease has just been inked and construction has begun for a space at 1465 Eureka Rd. in Roseville, CA and the brothers are projecting an opening date in mid November.

Pause Lounge & Kitchen will be serving locally sourced small plate items and dinners, a menu of hand muddled artisanal cocktails, along with a focused lot of the areas best beer and wine selections. Don’t expect to see any of the regulars on tap here. Omnipresent brews such as Budweiser, Miller, and Coors will be left out in the cold in favor of local craft breweries such as Lagunitas, Russian River, and Odonata. Pause Lounge & Kitchen may even serve up a brew or two of their own. Pause will also be one of the few places in the Roseville area to keep their doors open later with hours expecting to reach to 12AM on weekdays and 2AM on weekends.

Pause Lounge & Kitchen will bring just the right touch of urban sophistication to Roseville. Pause will whisk you from the grasps of your suburban surroundings to a place rich with elegant and modern style.
