He is a board member and past president of Roseville Crime Stoppers, board member of the Roseville Police Activities League and former seven-year member of the Roseville Planning Commission.

“I’m very interested in water issues and have been throughout my career in agriculture,” he said.  “Agriculture and water go together.”  Allen is also an avid outdoorsman, fisherman and environmentalist.

“We are fortunate to have Gray serve on our board and now on the ACWA Region 3 board,” said PCWA General Manager David A. Breninger, who is Local Government Chair for ACWA.

Founded in 1910, ACWA is a statewide advocacy association involved in legislative, regulatory and public policy issues on behalf of its 450 public water agency members.  PCWA has been an active member of ACWA for 40 years.
