Yesterday Roseville Police officers arrested a 22-year-old Folsom man and an 18-year-old Folsom woman in connection with a bank robbery.
At 12:59 p.m. Monday, September 10, officers responded to a robbery that had just occurred at the Bank of America in Roseville Square. A male approached a clerk, displayed a butcher knife and gave the clerk a note demanding money. The clerk gave the robber an undisclosed amount of cash, and the robber left the bank. No one reported being injured. Witnesses described the robber as an unshaven white male with a blond goatee, wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt and dark shorts.
A few minutes later, a Roseville officer spotted a male matching the suspect’s description at a gas station at the corner of Douglas Boulevard and Sierra College Boulevard. Officers took him and his suspected accomplice into custody without incident. Cody Taylor Oldach, 22, of Folsom was arrested on suspicion of robbery and conspiracy.
He’s being held in the Placer County Jail on $85,000 bail. Alexandra Lauren Holkko, 18, of Folsom, who is suspected of driving the getaway car, was also arrested on robbery and conspiracy charges. She’s since been released from the Placer County Jail on a $50,000 bail bond.
